Is AI consulting worth it for a small business?
It is worth it when the hours are there, and the audit measures them before you spend more.
Take a 6-person team where each person spends 4 hours a week on data entry, follow-ups and reporting. That is 24 hours a week and 1,248 hours a year. We only recommend a build when the hours it gives back clearly outweigh its price.
Consultant or in-house hire

Why is the in-depth audit paid?
Because it is real work: a 60 to 90 minute workshop with your team, mapping of 3 to 5 core workflows, a technology review and a written 12-month roadmap. The free online audit gives you a quick read before you spend anything.
Are your prices fixed or hourly?
Fixed. Every build and training engagement gets a fixed price before work starts, based on the audit roadmap.
Can we start with training only?
Yes. Teams that already know which tools they want start with Claude setup and training and skip straight to the work.
What happens after the audit?
You get a ranked list of opportunities with the time each one saves. You decide what to build, if anything, and we quote it at a fixed price.
